Best tip for beautiful skin: Always take off your makeup before bed—even if it’s only with a cleansing cloth—and get plenty of sleep (although I’m about to have my first baby, so we’ll see if I’m still able to follow my own advice).

Desert-island product: How can I not say a hardcore sunblock?
Most embarrassing beauty item you own: Not sure if it’s really embarrassing, but I’ve been rubbing Bio-Oil ($12; drugstores) on my pregnant belly to prevent stretch marks. So far it’s worked and I only have a few weeks to go!
Men’s product you borrow: Shaving cream. I love how theirs have that sexy, musky scent. And if it’s good enough for his coarse facial hair, I know it can get the job done on my legs.
Always in your purse: Berry lipstick. It’s my signature color for lips and I’ll even dab it on my cheeks.
Spa you dream of visiting: Internationally? Any luxurious retreat in Thailand. But in the U.S., I’d love to visit Cal-a-Vie in California.
Favorite healthy food: Sushi.
How you stay fit: Hip-hop dance classes.
Defying Your Age means: Taking care of your skin and your soul—staying tuned in to yourself and not putting everyone else’s needs above your own. It’s realizing that if you’re feeling blah, it’s okay to do something that makes you feel good, whether it’s scheduling a haircut or buying a new lipstick. For me, that something happens to be dance.
